Well woman care

Including pap smears, IUD* placement, and contraceptive counseling
*cost of IUD not included but may be covered by your insurance or available at discounted rate

On-time appointments and extended length visits

30-90 minute visits, no waiting room

  • In-hospital care; although I will be available to consult with hospitalists when indicated
  • Emergency Care
  • Obstetrical services
  • Chronic pain management requiring or involving the use of controlled substances
  • Services that are most appropriately referred to specialists
  • DOT physicals
  • Worker’s compensation claims/disability evaluations/auto accident forms
  • Imaging services
